Service Features
Free telephone technical support Minimum contract period 1 Month. Static ip address supplied with all services (optional additional address subnet). ADSL service provision is subject to successful survey
Email service.
Each business service is provided with subdomain mailbox service with 100Mb storage space. This may be configured with multiple mailboxes and with a catch-all mailbox for mail addressed to anyname@username.postbag.org The mail service includes POP3, IMAP and webmail access, with spam filtering, "Out of Office" replies and a control panel providing mailbox management.

Unrestricted ADSL services for business Use
Unrestricted services are the traditional ADSL services with no limitations on the volume of data uploaded and downloaded. A fixed fee is payable the amount being dependant upon the line speed ordered. These services are suitable for businesses requiring a fixed monthly cost or those with relatively high usage requirements.
Capped ADSL services for business use
Designed for the normal business user, capped services offer up to 8Mb connection speed, giving the best possible performance without incurring the fixed monthly cost of a uncapped 2Mb business line. Services can be configured to automatically purchase additional traffic increments on those occasions where your usage exceeds the monthly limit, thus ensuring your service continues without interruption. Alternatively additional Gb traffic may be purchased at £1.50 + VAT per Gb by credit card on-line.
ADSL Line Upgrade, Migration and speed upgrade
All new ADSL services are subject to a £40.00 (£47.00 inc VAT) line upgrade charge levied by BT. This charge is passed on to the customer at cost. There is a £11 (£12.93 inc VAT) charge levied by BT on services migrated from other service providers. If you wish to migrate your service to Interdart, please call us for further information.
